New tools for finding Skype partners

In addition to Todd Bryant’s brilliant Mixxer tool, there are some new (okay well new to me) additions to the tools that help you find Skype partners for language exchanges.

Todd Told me about SoZiety… but I am wondering if Xlingo is SoZiety in an earlier form…comments?
