#RAintheClassroom @ #ACTFL2015: the handout!

This entry is part [0] of 6 in the series #RAintheClassroom

Greetings from sunny San Diego.  Today I had the pleasure of presenting about Radio Ambulante in the classroom (#RAintheClassroom) to a group of eager, engaged and altogether amazing language educators. The handout for my presentation is below.

Great news!  You can now search for episodes (based on country, topic and soon by length of episode) on the RA website!  This is a great addition and extremely helpful for teachers who want to have a quick overview of the content available for their students.  And for other listeners too of course.

If you have not already signed up to be a part of the Radio Ambulante in the Classroom project, please click on this link and sign up.  You will receive newsletters and announcements of new shows and/or RA’s collaborations with other media sources as they happen.  Plus, it will help us know a little more about you and your needs w/ your students.

Barbara is a Lecturer in Hispanic Studies at a small liberal arts college in Maine. Rumor has it this was also her alma mater. She used to work for a small liberal arts college in the cornfields of Ohio for almost 20 years as a teacher and language center director. Prior to these adventures in higher ed she taught high school Spanish and loved it. She wishes she had more time in her life to play with her dogs, write, read, swim, do yoga things and making stuff out of clay. To see her online portfolio please click here!
