It's geared towards "classes" (and as of this writing, the site is down) but it might work for what you're suggesting. Also, check out the <a href="http://lifehacker.com/software/note-taking/" rel="nofollow">Note-taking category</a> over at <a href="http://www.lifehacker.com" rel="nofollow">Lifehacker</a>. Lots of good ideas, tips, and software (that's where I heard about Stu.dicio.us). Hows about something like Studicious, a del.icio.us-clone for online note-taking?
